• Receive purchase orders, plan loading
• Coordinate delivery with customer’s DC
• Book trucks, coordinate with subcontractors
• Issue sales-related documents, such as details of products sold to relevant parties, issue tax invoices
• Enter sales data into the system
• Follow up on deliveries until completion
• Place bills
• Collect shipping costs, summarize monthly bills for accounting department
• Support other tasks in the department as assigned
